Fatigue

I've only been to school for four days, yet I'm already feeling great fatigue from it. Everyday during the fourth period, I would start feeling sleepy, and this feeling would continue to intensify until I arrive home (at four o'clock) from school, at which point I would feel so tired that I would not be able to concentrate on anything at all. Then, it wouldn't be another three hours until I finally feel more energetic.

I'm not sure, but I don't think it has always been like this. I certainly remember having this kind of feelings during last year's second semester, but before that, I can't recall ever feeling so tired after arriving home from school.

I wonder if this is because I have started to interact more with other people. I find that starting in grade ten, I was constantly talking to other people, and rarely got any alone time to rest. I was constantly thinking about what to say as well as how to react to other people's actions or words, and to me this was probably something that required a lot of energy. It is quite possible that it is these extra energies spent that make me so tired.

I'm quite worried about this issue, for if this continues to happen, I will definitely encounter some difficulties at school. I will either miss something from the classes, or will struggle to finish my assignments on time. And if either of these happens, then my marks would probably be lower than they could be. Therefore, I'll definitely try to identify the root of this problem and eliminate it.
